Poll: Republicans 'Out Of Touch' And 'Extreme'... like that was a really a question?

 A majority of Americans views the Republican party as out of touch, too extreme and resistant to change, according to a Pew poll released Tuesday.

Sixty-two percent of adults said that Republicans were out of touch with the American people, and 52 percent that the party was too extreme. In comparison, 46 percent said that Democrats were out of touch, and 39 percent that they were too extreme.

Democrats were also viewed as slightly more likely to be looking out for the country's future -- and, by a 19-point margin, as the party more open to change.

The group's stance against Obama's pick for Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel appears to be far stricter than it was against GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, whom it endorsed in the presidential race. Romney opposed same-sex marriage and took hardline positions against gay rights during his campaign. Can we say Fuckin HYPOCRITES?

House GOP Scum Leave town without holding a vote on aid for victims of Superstorm Sandy.

UNBELIEVABLE.. i really hope this story does not get lost in the morning news. YOU Know the morning shows will be foaming at the mouth over the SNATCH for profits pregnancy..and not giving us real news on Folks in this country suffering..

WASHINGTON -- New York area-lawmakers in both parties are erupting in anger, saying the House Republican leadership has decided to let Congress adjourn without holding a vote on aid for victims of Superstorm Sandy.

There is no immediate comment from either Speaker John Boehner (BAY'-nur) or Majority Leader Eric Cantor, who sets the floor schedule.

In remarks on the House floor, Republican Rep. Peter King called the decision absolutely indefensible, while Democratic Rep. Nita Lowey said she felt betrayed.

The Senate approved a $60.4 billion measure Friday to help with recovery from the October storm that devastated parts of New York, New Jersey and nearby states. The House Appropriations Committee has drafted a smaller, $27 billion measure, and a vote had been expected before Congress' term ends Thursday at noon.

Track Palin and his wife, Britta, jointly filed divorce docs in an Alaskan court.  Under Alaska law, by filing together, they are signaling they have fully settled property and custody issues, including child support.
