Drunk Wearing a Sombrero and One Boxing Glove Jumps on Hood of Police Car....Look at This Guy's Mug Shot!

Writers for "The Hangover" could have taken a cue or two from this scene.

As a Sacramento cop sat in his patrol car, a drunk man walked up and leaped onto the hood of the officer's vehicle, according to a police report obtained by the Sacramento Bee.

But this was no ordinary drunk man. This was Jesse James Thomas wearing a sombrero and a boxing glove, and he was here to make his name known, police said.

Thomas, 55, allegedly did just that and screamed his own name repeatedly from atop the cop car before fleeing, KCRA reported.

Soon after, cops found him lying in the street nearby and Thomas was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness, the Examiner reported.

Members of the Screen Actors Guild voted today to merge with sister union, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. The historic vote creates Hollywood's largest entertainment union and comes two years after union leaders began discussions to merge in a bid to gain more leverage in contract negotiations with studios.

SAG represents 125,000 actors, extras and stunt performers in movies and television shows. AFTRA has about 70,000 members who are actors as well as singers, dancers, disc jockeys, sports announcers, comedians and broadcast journalists, among others. About 40,000 people hold membership in both labor groups
