Some pictures of 16-year-old JUSTIN BIEBER fooling around at the beach have hit the Internet, and in them he appears to have a TATTOO.
It's a tiny one, on his hip, which looks like the OUTLINE OF A BIRD. Of course, there's a chance it's not real . . . but it's mildly interesting nonetheless.(You can check out the pictures below although, I have to warn you, it's pretty weird staring at the hip of a shirtless teen boy in paparazzi photos.
