Have you ever heard of The Adult Convention . . . or, as it's more commonly-known . . . Adultcon? If not, Adultcon is a convention that's held twice a year in Los Angeles . . . in celebration of all things pornography.
Anyway, the last Adultcon took place in December. But now, four chubby ladies of porno . . . named Desiree Devine, Subrina Love, Chocolate Nights and Farrah Foxx . . . are suing the event's organizers for discrimination. Why?
According to the lawsuit, the four MATTRESS ACTRESSES all were signed on as exhibitors at Adultcon. But once the organizers saw their pictures . . . and how heavy they were . . . they kicked the ladies to the curb by citing a contractual policy. The policy states, quote: "We reserve the right to deny booth space to any person who, in our opinion, is disproportionate in weight in relation to their height."
In other words, they reserve the right to discriminate against CHUBBIES.
Devine . . . who has starred in such cinematic gems as "Big Lovin Six" and "Whale Watching Three" . . . says, quote, "I was excited about exhibiting at Adultcon, and I spent a lot of money out-of-pocket getting ready for it, including the $200 booth fee."
According to one of Adultcon's organizers, quote, "Our company policy has always been to vigorously defend against any and all lawsuits. We would look forward to litigating the case in court and not on websites or in the adult industry publications.
"On the other hand, we appreciate the publicity, especially this far in advance of Adultcon." (--So you know, the next Adultcon is being held this weekend in L.A.)
